Pudding Club Event

The Pudding Club was founded in 1985 to prevent the demise of the great British Pudding, at a time when restaurants offered tiny portions of gateaux or frozen cheesecake! Today the Pudding Club & its supporters can claim their efforts have re-established such delights as Jam Roly Poly, Syrup Sponge & Spotted Dick as favourites throughout the country!

Pudding Club meetings start with an introduction to the rules & history of the Club. Following a choice of three modest main courses the main business of the evening begins when seven traditional puddings are paraded with ceremony & cheers of appreciation. Favourites such as Sticky Toffee & Date as well as the more unusual Lord Randalls or Sussex Pond are included. Each pudding is accompanied by lashings of custard, you may indulge in as many as you want – within the rules – until you say “I’m full!” Afterwards relax with tea or coffee whilst casting your vote for the “Pudding of the Night”.

Which team can make the best pudding? Tasting and voting at the end!

This team building event encourages teams’ creativity whilst learning more about their fellow team mates!

Cotswold Guided Walks

You have the choice of guided walks or walking alone. If you have a well behaved dog, then they’re welcome too.

We supply a wide range of local guide books and maps, and as keen walkers ourselves can offer great tips and local advice to really make your walk interesting.

We can plan routes and recommend the best lunch stops, or even supply a made–to–order packed lunch.

If the weather turns you can rest assured that your clothes will be drying out nicely in our drying room, whilst you enjoy a delicious supper and well deserved drink in front of an open fire.
